Process

From formula to finished granule

  1. Color-matching laboratory with test plaques
    01

    Formulation

Our lab selects pigments, fillers and additives for your polymer, process and end use — or matches the shade you sent us.

  2. High-speed mixer with pigment powders
    02

    Weighing & high-speed mixing

Raw materials are weighed to the formula and pre-blended in high-speed mixers for a uniform starting mix.

  3. Twin-screw compounding line
    03

    Twin-screw compounding

Co-rotating twin-screw extruders melt and shear the blend, breaking pigment agglomerates for fine, even dispersion.

  4. Extruded strands entering a water bath and pelletizer
    04

    Cooling & pelletizing

Strands are cooled in a water bath, cut into uniform granules and dried — ready to flow freely through any feeder.

  5. Finished red part next to matching masterbatch
    05

    Quality control

Samples from every batch are tested for color, melt flow, moisture and dispersion before the batch is released.

  6. Forklift loading pallets into a truck at the factory
    06

    Packing & dispatch

Released batches are packed in labelled 25 kg bags, palletized, stretch-wrapped and loaded at our dock.

Quality control

What we test — every batch

TestWhy it mattersOur standard
Color (spectrophotometer) Your product matches the approved shade ΔE ≤ 1.0 vs. standard
Melt flow index (MFI) Predictable processing on your machine Within grade specification
Moisture content No bubbles, holes or lacing ≤ 0.1 %
Dispersion (film & filter test) No specks, streaks or gels Pass / fail vs. reference
Ash / filler content Correct mineral loading in fillers ± 2 % of nominal
Heat stability Color holds at your processing temperature Per application
